provides smokeless, high efficiency combustion without field operator attendance or adjustment requirements. Achieve Volatile Organic

Compound (VOC) destruction efficiencies in excess of 98% with our proprietary production flare system.

Eliminate multiple flare systems. Zeeco’s unique design not only provides smokeless flaring of high pressure separator, treater, or metered gas, but also handles low

pressure flash vapors from tanks and vapor recovery towers. High Pressure (HP) and Low Pressure (LP) gasses are handled separately

within one flare system, eliminating worries of overpressuring the low pressure equipment.

Dependable in hurricane force winds.Each MJ flare is equipped with Zeeco’s High Stability Low Flow (HSLF) pilot that is proven to withstand hurricane force conditions

without any flame failure. These pilot systems are used in critical refinery and chemical plant flare systems worldwide. Each HSLF pilot

and ignition monitoring system is shop-tested prior to shipment to ensure first time, every time firing.

Meet regulatory requirements.Zeeco’s MJ Wellhead Flare is designed to meet applicable regulatory and environmental requirements as defined by our

customers.

Simple skid-mounted design. Pre-assembled on two small skids, installation time and expenses are minimized. Our pre-spooled interconnecting wiring dramatically

reduces the potential for mistakes in assembly.
