Enclosed Flame Wellhead Flare System

Designed from worldwide experience. With unparalleled experience in complex flaring

applications, Zeeco developed the Enclosed Wellhead

Flare System. Our simple and low maintenance system

provides smokeless, high efficiency combustion without

field operator attendance or adjustment requirements. Our

flare system is designed for use with tank batteries, heater

treaters, vapor recovery towers and more. With advantages

including no visible flame and quiet operation, Zeeco's

Enclosed Wellhead Flare System is ideal for urban locations.

NO moving parts. Zeeco’s unique design eliminates the need for

unnecessary maintenance and burdensome air blowers.

Our proprietary flare tip promotes air mixing within the

combustion zone to eliminate any air-starved regions within

the flame, preventing smoke formation.

Meet regulatory requirements.Zeeco’s Enclosed Wellhead Flare System is designed to

meet applicable regulatory and environmental requirements

as defined by our customers.

Simple skid-mounted design. Pre-assembled on two small skids, installation time and

expenses are minimized. Our pre-spooled interconnecting

wiring dramatically reduces the potential for mistakes in

assembly.

Multiple options available.Zeeco offers several options for our Enclosed Wellhead

Flare System including sample ports for testing, knockout

drums, flame or detonation arrestors, refractory lining,

and more.
