WebRoot is used to control how the Vanity URL is interpreted in each

environment

For example the URL for running page may be http://www.avisports.com/Running/Home

in the delivery. But the URL of the same page might be quite different in the editorial

environment like http://editorial.avisports.com/cs/Avi/Running/Home

Configure this by specifying Root URL and Virtual Root URL by Admin
