Location:The land is located to the south of Prudhoe,Northumberland, approximately 18 km west ofthe city of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Both parcels of land are located towards thesouthern edge of Prudhoe, positioned directlyto the southwest of the Prudhoe Hospital andGentoo’s Humbles Wood residentialdevelopment.

Moor Road forms the southwestern boundaryand to the south and east is further expansiveagricultural land.

Site Description / Opportunity:Plot 1 comprises a mixture of dense woodlandand pasture land. The pasture land is irregularin shape and relatively flat and is enclosed bywoodland except to its southwestern boundary,near to Stanleyburn Woods and Moor Road.

The pasture land is currently used for silagepurposes only and is accessed via Moor Roadwhich is a narrow road, running along thesouthwestern boundary of the site.

A pathway splits Plot 1 and Plot 2 and runs forcirca 1km from east to west, connecting MoorRoad to the east with Bradley Fell Road, next toNorth View Farm, to the west.

Plot 2 is irregular in shape and comprises dense woodland and is surrounded by largely agricultural land and woodland with Moor Road forming its western boundary.
