THROUGH SITE ANALYSIS, PUBLIC TRANS-PORTATION WAS EVIDENT AS NEEDING THE MOST IMPROVEMENT. THE INTERVENTION GENERATES MULTIPLE LEVELS WHILE INCOR-PORATING A PARK TO BRING THE COMMUNITY TOGETHER. THE CONCEPT IS THE EFFECT OF ONE GRID IN PLAN TWISTING CREAT-ING A SECOND GRID IN THE CEILING. BY CREATING A SECOND JETTY ON THE SITE, THE SEALS WOULD HAVE THEIR OWN BEACH AND THE CHILDREN WOULD HAVE A WADE POOL TO PLAY IN.
