PJB (Pulse Jet Bag) Central Dust Collector Systems:

• Air pressure manifold with solenoid valves.• Minihelic gauge for visual inspection of filter media, tells you when bags are clogged.• Safety features include a safety ladder with climbers device from base to housing top, handrails and toe boards on housing top.• Safety access deck with handrails and toe boards for the blower unit and entry door.• Frame is constructed of heavy duty tubular steel.• Housing is constructed of 10 gauge steel with (2) dust inlets.• Hopper with inspection door and air vibrator.• 8” “Bray” butterfly discharge valve with actuator and solenoid.• Adjustable solid state (digital) control panel for duration and cycle times of air pulse.• Nema 4 enclosure for motor starters and disconnect.• Wired and tested prior to shipment.• All equipment is treated with a zinc primer and painted with polyester polyurethane paint.
