CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICYYour spa time is held exclusively for you and your spa therapist. We request 24 hours advanced notice to avoid being charged for the full amount of service.

ARRIVALWe ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow ample time to check in and begin your relaxation. We regret to inform you that late arrivals will result in abbreviated service.

SERVICE FEEFor your convenience, a 20% service fee will be added to all services.

MEDICAL CONDITIONSPlease inform us of any medical conditions or special needs that require our attention. You must be past your 13th week of pregnancy to receive a massage.

VALUABLESPlease do not bring jewelry or other valuables to Poseidon Spa. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or pay for items that are left behind or lost.
