HOMEPAGE On the homepage you can go through the catalog of the courses available, divided in the following categories: • Internazionalità • Soft Skills • Orientamento al lavoro • Cultura Generale • Formazione Musicale • Coaching You can access through a quick-select menu these three sections: • Il mio profilo • Catalogo corsi • Il mio calendario

At the top right corner you will find a quick-select menu to the main sections of the web platform.

IL MIO PROFILO The page «Il mio Profilo» contains your personal data and your PFP, with the list of the formative activities you have chosen and their status, as follows: • incompleto (you have not attended the minimum amount of hourse requested – 70 or 25 hours) • completo e da approvare (completed and to be approved) • Approvato (approved) In this section you will find the list of all the activities chosen with the following descriptions: • visualizza (your registration is approved, you can access the activity page) • da approvare (to be approved) • in lista d’attesa (put on the waiting list)

IL MIO PROFILO You can upload a photo of you for your profile page, which will be used on the transcript of records. Upon your exit from Collegio Einaudi, you will be able to download – within the month of July of the year following your exit from Collegio, the “Diploma di Collegio” and the Transcript of Records.

IL MIO CALENDARIO In this section you can check the daily calendar and the dates of all the activites you have chosen for your PFP.

I MIEI CORSI The page is divided in two parts: • The former,«I miei corsi», contains

the list of the courses and formative activities of your PFP, approved by Collegio Einaudi. You can also access the page for the assessment tests and download the materials uploaded by the trainers of your courses.

• The latter, «Catalogo Corsi», allows you to go through the catalog of the activities and get more information on the courses you may want to add to your PFP.

RECOMMENDED CHOICES Each student can freely create his/her PFP. However, all the formative activities have been conceived on the basis of students’ needs , as the suggestions below indicate. If you are enrolled at a Bachelor’s degree course, you should attend a language course to improve your skills in one language or, if you have already an advanced level, to study a new one, by choosing an annual course divided in two 25-hour modules. A 15-hour workshop to improve your soft skills may be chosen to complete the amount of hours, among those within time-managing or problem-solving. To reach the total amount, you can add two lectures on the topic you are more interested in. If you are enrolled at a Master’s degree course, you can attend a 25-hour language course or join a career guidance workshop or another one to improve your soft skills (the latters made up of 15 hours per each). The remaining 10 hours may be covered with lectures on general knowledge, career guidance or guided tours. You can add to your personal profile and therefore attend a number of hours higher than that one requested by the law.

PFP CREATION You can see the page with general info on the course or the courses category by clicking on a course on the catalog (for instance, Corsi di lingua inglese) and a detailed page related to each course session (for instance, per each English course there will be different sessions for different levels and venues. In the latter page you can find these pieces of information: • Titolo (name of the course) • Data di inizio (start of the course) • Durata (duration) • Descrizione di dettaglio (detailed description) • Luogo in cui si svolgerà il corso (Venue – Room and Residence Hall) • Il calendario delle lezioni (course calendar)

PFP CREATION To add a course to your PFP , click on «Aggiungi al tuo PFP» on the bottom right corner.

PFP CREATION: ASSESSMENT TEST Should the course you have chosen request an assessment test, you will enrolled at the test itself, which must be completed within 7 days from the moment you added the course to your profile. You fill find the correspondent test in the section «I miei Corsi Approvati». You will have 30 minutes and only a chance to complete it. At the end of the test you will be given your level: should it be lower than that one requested, you will have to remove the course from your PFP and add another one.

PFP CREATION: REQUIREMENTS Should the course have some requirements, you will have to upload the certificate stating them by clicking on «Carica certificato» (PDF format):

PFP APPROVAL After the deadline of the PFP creation, you will find the status of your courses in your profile: if a course has been approved, you will find the status «Visualizza», which allows you to access the course page and download the materials uploaded by the teachers.

MATERIALS Teachers may upload a range of course materials, such has course readers, topics for discussion, suggestions for group activities, ecc.

VALIDATION OF THE COURSES AND CERTIFICATE

Upon the end of the course, you will receive an e-mail by the Public Relations Office to access the courses page and fill in the comment questionnaires. The completion of the questionnaire allows you to validate your courses and download the certificate.
