6ecently % ent to trekkin' in Aodac!adri it! a 'roup. % volunteered as seep and my role as to make sure

nobody left be!ind and anot!er member volunteered as lead !ose responsibility as to interact it! t!e local

'uide and follo !is lead. 2ead ill be in front and seep ill be at t!e end of t!e trek 'roup. We started t!e trek

and one of our 'roup member as ill and e sloed a bit. Cventually t!e 'roup as split into 'roups, as

protocol lead s!ould stop t!e trek t!ey s!ould trace t!eir pat! until t!e 'roup is united. So e aited at t!e last

milestone for more t!an 3Eminutes unfortunately no one came back for us. Fortunately e !ave found a local !o

!as s!on us t!e pat! up to next mile stone, !ere e met our 'roup and % >uestioned t!e lead for t!e reason

be!ind not folloin' t!e protocol as our 'roup as at risk it!out any navi'ation. Finally e found out t!at

communication is not !appenin' properly from lead to seep. We replaced t!e lead and placed a mec!anism suc!t!at every 'roup member s!outed number se>uence after some interval.
