A student-based art service that

works for teachers, administrators

and students of Enochs High School

that focuses on business systems

designs such as business cards,

logos, letterheads. Students learn

the basics in business design appli-cations, newspaper layout, newslet-

ters, brochures and other business

related products.

The class is designed around the

concept of a student based publica-

tion class where students are de-

signing posters, signs, announce-

ments, t-shirt designs and pro-grams for the Enochs’ population.

A Brief History Of Art

The history of art refers to the history of thevisual arts. Visual art forms include ceramics, drawing,painting, sculpture, printmaking, design, crafts, and

architecture. Also included sometimes are modern

along with applied arts such as industrial, graphic,fashion, and interior design and decorative art.

Originally art history focused on Western Europeanart. Gradually over time a wider vision of art historyhas developed. Now art history includes societiesfrom across the globe. It usually tells the order ofmasterpieces that were created in each civilization.

Most people today training in the visual arts train inart schools at a tertiary level. Visual arts have becomean elective subject in most education systems at alllevels. The month of March is Youth Art Month. Thisis an annual observance to emphasize the value of arteducation for all children and to encourage support forquality school art programs.

Since the revolution of the Internet, technology continuesto advance by leaps and bounds. Adobe is changing theworld through digital experiences. Charles Geschke andJohn Warnock founded Adobe in 1982. Adobe gets its name

from the Adobe Creek, which ran behind Warnock!s home

in Los Altos, California. The company was incorporated in1983 in California and then reincorporated in Delaware inMay of 1997. The corporate headquarters are located inSan Jose, California.
