March 23, 2015 To Whom It May Concern: As a professor of Ms. Anh Tran, I would like to encourage you to consider her as a candidate for the position openings at your company. In addition to being her professor, I had many conversation with her so I have substantial knowledge about her which to base my evaluation of Ms. Tran and her qualifications. Put simply, Ms. Tran is a very determined, enthusiastic and intelligent professional with great human skills. Allow me to explain why I hold Ms. Tran in such high regard. As a student, Ms. Tran’s in-class participation performance was in the top 10 percent of my MGTM 527-Strategic Management class. She was always prepared and was very enthusiastic about the material. She always attended the class and contributed greatly to the in-class discussions. She was not hesitant to share her views and experiences with her classmates. One of the requirements in this class was to work in groups. The students were evaluated for their team work skills, dependability and conscientiousness. Based on my observations, Ms. Anh Tran was a good team player, she was highly dependable and she always worked diligently. As a professional, I observed Ms. Tran to be very enthusiastic about her career. She always made very intelligent comments about business issues and seemed to be aware of the importance of combining professional experience with academic knowledge. I believe that her critical and analytical thinking skills can be highly useful for the innovative environment I believe to be present at your company. In sum, I strongly recommend Ms. Anh Tran to be considered for a position opening at your company. Please contact me if you have further questions about her qualifications.
