    Focus in 2014: Rediscover roots

    Rediscover roots…

The participating schools and students should make sure of their roots in the

Reformation and discover significant findings by taking close look on this.

(mediation between past and present time)

    … in Reformation worldwide

the adjunct „worldwide“ underlines the milestone of the global perspective of the

discovery process. Therefore the prime function of the teaching material lies in connecting the discovery and confirmation process more closely with each other.

(mediation between local and global perspectives)

  • S. 24schools500reformation | Kohlmann / Scheunpflug / Simojoki | Universität Bamberg

    Objective

    The participating schools

    • reconstruct the roots of the Reformation in their own history and consider how these roots are noticeable in the current school profile.

    • deal with the self positioning of at least one other school of another country or continent and develop sensibility for the global plurality of Protestant schools.
