* The first sitting commenced with the playing of National Anthem.
** In order to enable the Standing Committees to consider the Demands for Grantsthe House was adjourned on 20.3.2007 to meet again on 26.4.2007. The sittingended with the playing of National Song.
# On the suggestion of Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs and subsequentrecommendation of the Business Advisory Committee at its sitting held on13.03.2007, the Lok Sabha agreed to reschedule commencement of the secondpart of Budget Session from 26 April, 2007 instead of 18 April, 2007 fixed earlieron account of Assembly Elections in Uttar Pradesh. Accordingly, sittings fixed forWednesday the 18th, Thursday the 19th, Friday the 20th, Monday the 23rd, Tuesdaythe 24th and Wednesday the 25th April, 2007 were cancelled. The session wasadjourned sine die on 17.05.2007 instead of 22.05.2007, fixed as per the earlierschedule. As a result, the sittings fixed for Friday the 18th, Monday the 21st andTuesday the 22nd May, 2007 stood cancelled.
