You can find A NATIONS Faith AT RISK @ www.authorhouse.com Surender To God For Real By Michelle Watson This book is about real life situations that took place in the life of a virtu- ous woman. This woman hears a voice all of her life, but never fully sub- mitted to that voice. One night she was at the lowest point of her life, full of verbal, mental and physi- cal abuse. She feels trapped by the forces of darkness, losing her ability to focus. In this maze--where there was no way out--she hears the voice of God speaking into her life saying, “Surrender your life to Me.” This is the way out. She listens and allows the Divine Spirit to flow through her, she crawls through the process of being purged, healed and deliv- ered over and over again until she reaches a new level in God. Now she stands in faith and her life has never been the same. She’s willing to do whatever it takes to fall in love with God and seek His glory in order to be free from the bondage of the past and the chains of strongholds forever. Now the chains of strongholds have fallen off and the past is now nothing more than an experience and journey through life. God allowed her to relive and revise every chapter that is writ- ten. Inspired by the Holy Spirit she writes in order to share her story with people of all cultures; in hope that others will “surrender their lives to God for real.” She discovers that through the entire rum- ble, this gift of determination is ingrained within her. In this book she shares the ac- counts of other great men and women with great intellect, character, meekness, wisdom and talent. This book will encourage and empower you to take your own personal experi- ences in life and begin to make a personal valuation. This book will encourage you...to take a closer look at yourself in order to determine where you are in life today and provide a wealth of hope. As you read and embrace each chapter you will see God’s mercy and grace, feeling a sense of relief and self-worth. An enlightenment to your heart, mind and soul to Surrender to God... for Real! A Nations Faith At Risk By Michelle Watson All around us we see a world of par- adox: deep ironic, and intractable. A world in which the hungry na- tions export food; the richest nations slip into demoral- izing economic recessions; the strongest nations go to war against the smallest and weak- est and are unable to win; a world in which revolutions against tyrannical systems themselves become tyrannies. In human af- fairs, celebrities receive still more publicity because of their knowledge of affairs only to find themselves cut off from the sourc- es of their knowledgeable in warfare find themselves advising the government on how to win wars by using scientific knowl- edge.... the list is endless. Ours is a world of paradox. “John Gall” This literature was written after a long process of learning to think like a great achiever and get myself out of a non-achiever poverty mindset. Today, many American are wondering if we are headed toward a poverty driven way of living. Therefore, people are reposition- ing themselves for the best of times or the worst of times. As a result, the creative framework of this literature is a beginning for us to build a new mindset and reach worthwhile goals for ourselves and our communities. This book offers a system- atic approach to creating a framework for organizational structure and development. This will clarify objectives for many to ful- fill their mission toward their own people. Most change hungry people can grasp the important points within the text. Hopefully, at that point they gain well-timed informa- tion regarding the reality of faith. They enter into a thought-out dialogue with the writer. The mission of this book is to help bring restoration to a Nation whose Faith is At- Risk, as well as look at our economy from a spiritual perspective. With every pocket of the earth overflowing with abuses, poverty, gang violence, at risk youths, prostitution, homelessness, domestic violence, addic- tions, murders, suicides, fatherless children, and corruption. This is not to mention sud- den death of some well known people due to careless living. They face sudden death with seemingly no regard or thought of the eternal consequences of the way they lived their lives. In an effort to carve a way for my creativity in this world of chaos and insecurities, I have learned to channel my energy into dreams and goals. This is par- tially how this book was born, “A Nation’s Faith At-Risk and a Spiritual Perspective of the Economy.” It is the result of a burning passion to reach the masses with the truth. About the Author Michele Watson was born in Jacksonville, Florida on March 14, 1962. She obtained degrees in Data Pro- cessing, Programming, Business Administra- tion and a Bachelor Degree in Biblical Edu- cation with a minor in Urban Studies. She is now pursuing a Masters in Divinity and Education. Through her accomplishments and efforts, Michele Watson has positioned herself as a pillar in the community. Through her vision as an inspiring leader, she has be- come CEO/Founder of the Sacred House Bookstore LLC; and the Sacred House Community Development Center. She has twenty-nine years of experience in orga- nizational leadership, deliverance, speak- ing, writing and teaching. She authored the book, “Surrender to God for Real,” and more are in the making. She seeks to speak to the hearts, minds and souls of cultures worldwide. Michele loves sharing the grace and wisdom of God. It is through her gift of writing that she hopes to educate, and empower others to have a desire to fulfill their destiny and purpose.Through her ex- perience at Beulah Heights University, she had the opportunity to explore the cultural diversities among the students and faculty. From this experience, she learned there could be unity within multi-cultural com- munities. Among the many people who visit the campus every day, she found a community of believers. Within this com- munity, she met servants of the five-fold ministry; apostles, teachers, prophets, evan- gelists, and pastors. Everyone had come to BHU seeking the truth and knowledge about God. In their seeking, they found a new level in Him, as well as what did was required of them as His servants. From the various cultures, Michele learned that many seek Jesus the Christ, our Lord. She found herself honored chosen by God to go out into the utter most parts of the world to teach, love, hope and faith. As Michele ex- perienced connection with International Christians, she came to understand the needs of other countries and have com- passion for the people. BHU’s International day offered American students the op- portunity to mingle and taste foods from other cultures. Natives wore their native attire, very colorful and festive. There were people from Kenya, Korea, Congo, Jamaica, Mali, and many more. BHU is unique among other universities in this way. She was able to build a relationship with a young woman by the name of Darlene George from Haiti. Darlene wore the same size clothing as Mi- chele’s 24-year-old daughter, and made a gift to her of suits, dress, handbags and shoes. Michele began to mentor Darlene and they shared faith with one another. Because of their relationship, Darlene was able to send clothing back to her country. She believed her calling was teaching and clothing the na- ked. Every culture on campus went through their own forms of hardship, warfare, sick- ness, pain, tears and financial burdens. The one thing that BHU taught us was to pray for one other and our nations. This brought a greater awareness to all of us, with the hunger to evangelize and bring salvation to other counties. One Saturday night Mi- chele witnessed her younger brother, Eric complaining about the challenges of life in general and blaming everyone, including his family. She heard the unhappiness in his voice. She began to tell him that man could not accomplish anything on this earth with- out the help of God. Men cannot do things in their own reasoning and manipulations. She explained to her younger brother that the ultimate fulfillment is living out the plan that God has for our lives. In order to know God’s will for our lives, we look within our own souls, and rush to study the charac- teristics of Jesus Christ. We must forgive each other, because we are all born under sin. Her testimony to him was, “I myself have been through some major trials in life, but His love and power keep me. That is why I follow Him.” The only way she would be able to finish the race is to maintain an honest and open relationship with the Fa- ther. Michele Watson understands she has an Apostolic anointing on her life. This has led her to continue to pursue an educa- tion. She believes strongly in education be- cause of the changes it has made in her life. Studying requires a great sacrifice and many, many days, nights and hours of sacrifice. Be- coming, a great leader comes with a high price tag, it is not easy, it is one defining mo- ment after another, but change does come in due season. We invite you to the website for information on other publications: www.sacredhousebookstore.com.
