73 Co-operation of the contractor for cost management

The contractor must take note that compliance with theOccupational Health and Safety Act is compulsory. In the eventof partial or total non-compliance, the principal agent reservesthe right to delay issuing any progress payment certificateuntil the contractor provides satisfactory proof of compliance.The contractor shall not be entitled to any compensation ofwhatsoever nature, including interest, due to such delay ofpayment.
