· The sponsor will send through the relevant information about the prize, including product shot and competition form completed· All details are uploaded to the website· Details of the competition are then loaded onto the social networks with a link to enter the competition on the website· Entrants will complete the online forms and thus build your database · Winners are drawn and notified via email· Winners are announced on social media pages· The database will be supplied to you once the competition has closed
