Installation

First step:Click “Download” and App Store will open to Setera OneCloud installation page

Second step:Install the application, and afterinstallation is done, open this linkagain and Click “Configure”

It will open Setera OneCloud and configure it in to use.

Accept all requirement from the App (access to contacts, to microphone, etc.)

Welcome to use Setera OneCloud Mobile! Installation of iPhone mobile client is fast andeasy.

When you get installation email and/or SMS to your mobile, open the link to your phonebrowser.

First step:Login to user portal from your iPad or iPhone browser: https://onecloud.setera.com

If you don’t know your credentials, pleasecontact Setera Support or your contact person.

If you don’t remember your password, you canreset it here:https://onecloud.setera.com/forgot-pwd

(you need to have a working e-mail in your account to receive password token)

If you don’t see ”Launch iPad configuration” link in the user portal, please contact Setera Support or yourcontact person.

If you need to activate your iPad client, you can also activate your client from OneCloud user portal.

Overview• Main menu opens/closes by pressing menu bar on the left side.• Activity menu opens/closes by pressing menu bar on the right side.• The color of the activity menu bar indicates whether your status is available or unavailable. Green means

you are available and red you are unavailable.

Activities• Activities can be managed via Activity menu (menu bar on right side)• You may choose desired activity by pressing the current activity status or use your own

activity shortcuts.• Custom activities can be created by pressing the menu icon on right (three dots)

Custom activities can be defined to end on certain time when status is returned automaticallyto default activity Available.

MiTeam / Chats• New chat can be opened with your colleague by opening contact details and then pressing

”Chat”.• Ongoing chats can seen at the “MiTeam” in the main menu.

CallingYou can dial a number at the ”Dialler” in the main menu. A call can be established in three different ways, Direct GSM call, Callback call or Mobile Voip call. Callback can be defined in the “Settings”

1) Direct call (GSM call, without Mobile Voip)• Check that Mobile Voip is disabled in the Settings• Choose a contact you want to call to, or dial a number and press green phone handset icon• Call will be established to a recipient by using your mobile phone’s own calling application and GSM number

is show as a caller.

Calling2) Callback call

• Callback feature can be activated in the “Settings” from iPhone Settings• Choose a contact you want to call to, or dial a number and press green phone handset icon on the right.• Application will now send a callback command to OneCloud system. System will now call you back, and by answering

this call you will be connected to the recipient.• Recipient will see your fixed line company number as a caller.• This method is normally used when Mobile Voip cannot be used for some reason.

Mobile VoIPSetera OneCloud for Mobile supports VoIP calls. This is a valuable feature if you are in an area with poor mobile phone coverage but good internet connections. Or if, for instance, you are using the Setera OneCloud for Mobile in an office environment.

VoIP calls are made available based on user agreements, network availability and operator restrictions. When VoIP calls are available, the user need to enable Mobile Voip fromSettings and optionally choose the type of network it is allowed to use when placing VoIPcalls.

Network restrictions or a firewall may interfere with the service.

iPhone native diallerThe default caller can be selected per contact.1. Choose a contact from iPhone contact book2. Hold “call” icon pressed until pop-up menu appears3. Choose the default caller type, mobile or Setera OneCloud VoIP

• call = call will be established as a mobile 2G/3G call• OneCloud = call will be established as a Mobile VoIP

Note! Mobile VoIP call can be made also from iPhone’s call log.

Caller ID• Caller ID can be changed here.• This determines which number is shown as a caller number for outgoing calls.• Caller ID can be example your company switchboard number, ACD group number (Customer Service,

Sales, etc..)

Call transfer – Cellular call1. During a phone call, press iPhone Home-button and open the OneCloud application2. Choose the target contact from contact list or type target number in the ”Dialler”

4. Press ”Transfer” in the contact details or dial a number and press Transfer button to starttransferring

Call transfer – Cellular call

5. Choose the transfer method, Blind or Attended.

Blind:Call will be transfered to target and call will disconnect on your side.

Attended:Call will be transfered to target when call is disconnected.

Call Log• Call history can be viewed in the ”Call Log” section. Also voice messages can be listened here in

Inbox if any exists. Particular call events can be deleted by select chosen event and then pressing the trash bin icon on the top right corner.

• If you have unanswered calls, there is a red dot in application icon which show amount of calls• Call Log shows only calls which has come to your fixed / company phone number

ACD Groups• In case if your organization has an ACD (Advanced Call Distribution) call group(s) in use and

user is assigned to one or more ACD groups, user can then choose to log in or log out togroups in the “ACD Groups” section.

• ACD Group logs can be viewed by pressing the icon on top right corner.

ACD Groups• In ACD Group call log, you can see unanswered calls and call details, eg. In to which group call

was called, caller name or number, duration, queue time and agent who answered in the call.• You can assign unanswered calls to agent or add notes about the call.

Future Presence• Future presence states can be viewed in the ”Future Presence” section.• User can set future presence events by pressing the “+” icon on the top right corner.• Give event a name and set the parameters as you desire.• Save the event by pressing “Ok” icon on the right corner.

Future Presence• You can later edit or delete the upcoming event. By opening the event, you can edit or delete

it. You can also delete the event by pressing and holding it until pop-up appears.

Activity DiversionActivity diversion is a feature to enable call diversions based on your activity. You set which activities that should have a call diversion and the number the calls should be diverted to. You can, for example, have an activity diversion for the activity Vacation with the switchboard number that will automatically divert all incoming calls when you have the activity Vacation to switchboard. You will be notified with an icon along with diverted number in the Activity view. Upon selecting your activity to one with mapped diversion number, will divert your incoming calls to that number.Existing diversion numbers to activities are presented in a list. You can add a new diversion number and can also edit or delete an existing one.

To add a new diversion number:1. Press + icon2. Select activity3. Enter number where you want your

incoming calls to be diverted4. Select “OK”

To edit or delete a diversion number:1. Long press on the desired item2. Select “Edit” or “Delete”

iPhone Settings• Settings can be found from iPhone settings: Settings -> OneCloud

• In Settings you can modify:

• Notifications

• Call Back settings

• Contacts Synchronization

• You can set the application find your

phone contacts, or if its not selected,

app will find only internal contacts of

own organization.
