INCLUDES A RAILWAY STATION, PASSENGER

WATER TERMINAL AND AN EXHIBITION CENTER. BEING

ADJACENT TO PALM BEACH ROAD THE GATEWAY

ENCOMPASSES A CONSIDERABLE CATCHMENT AREA IN

SEAWOODS AND BELAPUR. THE SOLAR STUDY

SUGGESTS A GOOD QUALITY OF SOLAR INSOLATION

HENCE; HARVESTING IT WITH SOLAR

PANELS OVER PARKING AREA WICH WILL INTURN SERVE

THE PURPOSE OF PEDESTRIAN AREA

ILLUMINATION. THE EXHIBITION CENTER WILL BE A
