On y suc-combe vite, parole d’anciens !

Neige Feray and Thomas Poitevin, are very excited about the beginning of the session. Based on their fond memories of the 35th National Session in Grenoble, they are hoping to give us all the opportunity to take part in such a wonderful experience and produce cherished moments. They have worked relentlessly hard, sometimes with very little sleep, to ensure the flow of the session. So far, they’ve greatly enjoyed their role as Head Orgas, as they’ve made many new friends along the way. Their favorite moment so far is during Coffee Break, when they are able to meet the Officials who have arrived from all over Europe for the Session. You will get the chance to meet them too !

Well, our dearest vice presidents are something more than chairs. They are the president’s best friends! They help him in the training, they proof read the final resolutions and gene-rally they make his life easier. Usually they are way too busy organizing the chair’s team next steps but they always have time to introduce an energizer or help you sort things out!
What can we say about him? There is no session without a president! He is the one in charge of the chairs’ team and responsible for the success of the session. Don’t see him as the big boss because he is definitely not! He is something more than approachable for each and eve-ry one of you! He is going to do his best in order to have a high-level session and a produc-tive general assembly. All you have to do to help him in his hard work is to contribute as much as you can to the committee work, be original and do not be afraid to raise your voice!
They are going to be your bosses during the whole session, so you’d better not upset them! But apart from that, and first and foremost, they are going to be your greatest supporters! They are here to help you find your voice and organize your thoughts. They pull the strings in every team by giving directions, making you feel comfortable about having your say and creating a productive atmosphere of cooperation. Listen to them and you will de-finitely not lose. Take profit from their knowledge and experience and ask them all the questions you want! They are here to help and they really know the way how to do it!

Eirini : Is it your first time as a pre-sident? How do you feel about it?
Bernat : Yes! Well, I was a bit nervous be-fore coming here but when I saw the EYP spirit all my worries disappeared!
E : What is the funniest moment you can recall from being a delegate?
B : My participation in a naked party in Lviv’s session…
E : If you were asked to describe the perfect delegate with one adjective, what would that be?
B : Changeable! In the session, day by day, the delegate is going to change. At the very end of the session he is going to be a whole different person!
E : What piece of advice would you give to the delegates?
B : When they reach their 50’s and look back in their lives they should only regret things they have done and not things they haven’t!E : What is the craziest vacation you
have ever had?
B : My first International Session in Lviv was a whole week of complete madness!
E : What is the object you can never get separated from?
B : During EYP sessions I always bring with me my special EYP notebook. In every-day life I always make sure I have my keys and my wallet in my right pocket and my phone and earphones in my left pocket!
E : Which are your expectations from the session?
B : That’s a good one! I expect to have no expectations from the session. It might sound a bit philosophical but so far I understood that whenever you ex-pect nothing from an EYP session it is tur-ning to be the most amazing experience. That’s so deep even Adele could not roll in it…
“Imagine all the people…..” Finish the phrase !Imagine all the people hugging at the same time! I am so fond of hugs!
By Chayma Koucha & Eirini Samara
We met the man behind the myth… He made a quick pause from playing his guitar and let us know a bit more about himself!
Bernat
Chayma : Where and when was your first session?
Zoé : It was the 35th Natio-nal Session of France, in Grenoble. What was your best memory as a delegate?
C : Team building !!!! Did you regret something in your experience as a delegate?
Z : I’d forgotten my partitions for the Euro concert so I couldn’t play…Give us an adjective that could describe the perfect delegate?
C : Motivated. Can you give ad-vices to our delegates?
Z : I want them to learn something about themselves throughout togetherness the same time! I am so fond of hugs!
Zoé
Christian
Eirini : Is it your first time as a chair? How do you feel about it?
Christian : Yes! I feel excited about this challenging experience!
E : What is the funniest moment you have ever experienced as a delegate in the EYP?
C : During the first evening of my first session as a delegate, our committee had to be pre-sented to others. I remember being so tiredthat we actually presented oursel-ves as dancing zombies!
E : What adjective describes the best a perfect delegate?
C : Willing! Willing to do and willing to discover.
E : If you had to give an advice to the delegates what would that be?
C : Since the delegates need to reach a solution to a problem, they should be able to compro-mise. And don’t forget to trust yourself and others!
