PresentationThis session will introduce you to the new BW Reporting Tool, called Analysis. John O’Neill, EBS IT Manager, will describe why BW is changing and identify when the transition to Analysis will occur. John will also provide a sneak peak of the system, including how to access Analysis.

Super UsersSuper Users serve as project advocates to generate enthusiasm and excitement for the change.
The role of the Super User includes the following:Lead, reinforce, and validate optimal application use and best practices.Provide at-the-elbow support for all users within their departments.Assist the project team with identifying and resolving application issues that may arise.Attend periodic super user meetings, report outcomes to their departments, and distribute communications to help implement any changes.

Beginning February 1, 2015All new employees or users new to the role will be trained on AnalysisTrained regardless of wave schedule
Users will identify their super user
We will notify Super Users of any new users in their area
who take the Analysis course
Super Users will offer support, assistance, answer questions

BW Report Center Tab
BW Report Center tab will be removed from each area’s SAP
screen 90-days post training wave.
Example – School of Medicine’s training wave
completion date is December 2015. The portal tab will
be removed March 31, 2016.
Users should learn the new tool and recreate bookmarks
before that tab is gone.

Employees will access Analysis via a new Enterprise
Reporting tab in the SAP Portal
There is a new version of the BW News located here
BW News offers information about daily data loads
Notifications of events and changes are also found here
