Please see attached documentation detailing the change in corporation name of Smiths Detection, Warren, Pasedena and Edgwood to Smiths Detection Inc. I therefore request an amendment to the nuclear materials licenses to reflect the licensee as Smiths Detection Inc.

The Smiths Detection manufacturing facility in Toronto has changed address and is now located at 7030 Century Drive. Mississauga, ON, L5N 2V8, Canada. The same manufacturing activities occur at this new facility as at the previous manufacturing facility at 1730 Aimco Boulevard, Mississauga, Canada.

There has been a change of RSO for Smiths Detection Inc. As indicated, I am now RSO for the U.S. Operations. Please see attached resume of my suitability for RSO and experience. My RSO training has been booked for June 13 - 17,2005, and I will forward a copy of the certificate once completed.
