PRODUCT GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY
We guarantee our products against manufacturer’s
defects for one year after date of purchase with
proof of payment. We do not guarantee our
products for issues related to normal wear and tear,
such as rips and tears, spills, mold and stains. We will
not accept returns on products with these issues.
All customer returns must be handled through the
retailer. To set up a return, please contact orders@
soyoung.ca. Please note, SoYoung will not ship
products directly to customers.
SHIPPING
US Orders:
All US orders are shipped from our warehouse in
Los Angeles, CA via UPS ground unless otherwise
specified. Shipping charges will be added to your
invoice total.
Canadian Orders:
All Canadian orders are shipped from our
warehouse in Toronto via Canpar. Shipping charges
will be added to your total invoice.
