2019-2020 •Studentsareenrolledinclasseswhenallregistrationiscompletedincludingwaiversandfullpayment.Paymentreceivedafterthefirstdayofthesessionwillincuralatefee

•Tuition is non-refundable unless there is a medical note from alicensedpractitioner.

•Spectrumreservestherighttocancelclassesduetolowenrollment.IfSpectrumcancelsaclass,wewillprovideyouwithatuitionrefundorcreditforanotherclass.

•Respecting other students is expected from every person atSpectrum. We reserve the right to suspend, dismiss, or refuseservices to any student whose attitude or behavior conflictswith the standard of The School or whose actions are deemeddetrimentaltootherstudentsofTheSchoolasawhole.

•Topreventinjuryandpromoteprofessionalconduct,studentswillbeaskedtoonlyobserveclass if theyaremorethan 10minuteslate. Ifastudent is latetoclasstheymustbrieflyexplainwhytothe instructor and ask permission to take class. If a student isobservingclassduetoinjury,pleaseinformtheinstructorbeforetheclass,andthenobserveandtakenotes.

•Visitors,parents,andfriendsmayobserveclassesinsessionfromthe observation windows. No one is allowed inside the studioswhileclassesareinsessionwithoutpermissionfromtheinstructor.

•Spectrumreservestherighttorefuseservicetoanyone.•Classes are subject to change. Spectrum reserves the right to

engageasubstituteinstructorwhentheregularcannotattendforanyreason.

•Dress codes for the school’s Children and Youth divisions willbeexplained tostudentsprior to initial classandwillbestrictlyenforced.

•Attendance is critical. When a student misses class it impactsthe student and the class as a whole. Absence may affect thestudent’sadvancementtothenextlevelaswellastheireligibilitytoparticipateintheWinterPerformanceorAllSchoolDemonstration.
