ST MONICA’S CATHOLIC SCHOOL 24 th September 2015 Dear Parents With your consent on Wednesday 14 th October, we propose to take the children of Year 5 to the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane to see “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”. Under the terms of the 1988 Education Act, schools are not allowed to charge parents for extra curricular activities. However, if this visit is to take place we must ask for a voluntary contribution of £25.50. All payments must be made on-line by Monday 12 th October. We will be travelling to and from the Theatre by underground from Arnos Grove Station, we will walk the children down to the station but you will need to collect your child from Arnos Grove Station at 6.00pm.
