FACI Timeline:• FACI application opens: August 16th

• FACI application closes: August 26st 11:50 PM (GMT +3)• FACI interviews/selection: August 27st- September 1th • Pre-meeting: September 30th, October 1st • STARTER Conference: October 2nd- October 4th• Post-meeting: October 4th 

Requirements:• Facilitators are expected to be in Tallinn, Estonia latest September 30th

10am• Attendance of pre and post meetings are obligatory• Experience in facilitation is required• Dedication of time for preparation of sessions and sticking to deadlines

given • At least LCVP experience is mandatory

transportation from Tallinn to the venue is provided• Accommodation is provided for pre and post meeting• Conference fee is covered
