Construction for over 30 years, working on many projects and doing various jobs, with particular experience in steel fabrication, building demolition, moving machinery and concrete reinforcement. With over 30 years of concrete pouring experience, he has placed and finished thousands of square feet of concrete.
Steve was awarded the “Safe Supervisor of the Year” twice in his career.
He has taken many courses to ensure that he is the best manager and can provide the best solution to any problem that may arise in the field. One of his main responsibilities is ensuring a good mix of skills for each project that Zartman works on.
Steve works closely with field staff to guarantee that Zartman’s high-quality of work is completed for every project, big or small. He is the main line of communication between the field staff and the office staff and as such must juggle many projects at one time and does so with dexterity.
He is great at recognizing potential in prospective and current employees and helps them in their quest for advancement.
