3-axle VARIO platform semi-trailer P3H-T Z25Technical details
The versatile all-rounders
DOLL platform semi-trailers are the ideal transport solution for a broad range of appli-cations. They are designed for the transporta-tion of extremely long, bulky and heavy cargo. All platform semi-trailers are part of the proven VARIO series which is characterised by a turn-
able hydraulic steering. For more than 40 years this steering system has established itself in the markets and is today a symbol for outstanding profitability, extreme robustness and durabili-ty, excellent manoeuvrability as well as highest payloads.

Steering
When cornering, the articulation angle be-tween truck and semi-trailer is transferred via a steering wedge at the pivot-mounted skid plate to hydraulic cylinders, which are located at the gooseneck. The displaced oil volume is transferred via a redundant hydraulic system (2-circuit) from the master cylinders at the gooseneck to the slave cylinders at the running

gear, which steer the turnables.Advantage of the steering principle is a per-fectly tuned steering as regards to law regu-lations and tyre wear. Additionally, a manual intervention in this steering system is possible in order to better manoeuvre through narrow passages.
Additional steering Installation of an electro-hydraulic pump unit 2-pole heavy-duty receptacle for power supply Electrical tracking via sensors at the push of
a button when driving straight ahead Continuous monitoring via exterior rear
view mirrors and correction if neccessary Optical track monitoring at the steering
mounted at the front and rear bogies
Operation Effected by control panel which is pluggable via
10-pole plug at the front cross member
Air suspension with lifting and lowering device, optionally either with rotary valve or electrically operable
