Tecnosoft systems for temperature and humidity monitoring find application in all kind of fields where such controls are required, from food market to pharmaceutical industry, to logistic and warehouses control, to transport and environment monitoring. Our solutions are designed at the root with one application in mind, so to give the best performance when applied for that specific application but can be easily used and configured for any application you have in mind. Here is a list of our systems and their most common applications, but you always may find a new way to use them for your own needs. All the devices are provided (some on request) with a calibration certificate.

How to choose the right model for your application?

If your activity is temperature controlled transport and the data logger returns to the sender at the end of the transport to be downloaded or the drivers take care of it, choose the reusable version, TS01TNFC.

Choose reusable version, TS01TNFC, if you need to monitor fridges and environments too.

If your business is transport and you don't want to manage reverse logistic, meaning you don't want the logger to be shipped back to you after delivery, and the data will be downloaded directly by the recipient with its own smartphone and immediately shared with you, the sender, choose the single use version, TS01TNFCS.

Both for reusable and single use version it is possible to order the calibration certificate on 1 point chosen among the standard ones, TS01TNFCA1, and the calibration certificate on 4 standard points, TS01TNFCA2. The same codes are used to order recalibration for any model of TempNFC. Annual calibration is suggested.

If your application demands the use of a calibrated device, valid in the last year, and you don't want to risk to use devices with a calibration older than a year, choose the TempNFC Calib with certificate on 1 point chosen among the standard ones, TS01TNFCC1, and with certificate on the 4 standard points, TS0TNFCC2, versions. When the calibration expires (after one year) the logger cannot be reprogrammed but can be reactivated sending it back for recalibration.

To be recalibrated the loggers must be sent back to Tecnosoft.

P-Micro & S-Micro series

The series is divided in P-Micro (up to 100°C) and S-Micro (up to 140°C) and has different temperature data logger versions with standard length probes or on demand. P-Micro and S-Micro versions are the smallest loggers for such temperatures available on the market. L and XL versions feature a longer life battery and their operative range is extended (can be calibrated from -40°C; standard calibration range is 25 °C ÷ +100 °C for P- Micro and 25 °C ÷ +140 °C for S-Micro). Micro series software and communication bays

Two software, SPD and TS Manager, and different interfaces support P-Micro and S-Micro series data loggers, according to various applications and needs.

SPD – SterilDisk, S-Disk J, P-Micro, S-Micro (all versions), S-Radio, S-MicroW (all versions), L-Disk (all versions) management software, supports DiskInterface HS Mini, DiskInterface HS, Universal multibay, USB Radio Receiver. It is freely downloadable from Tecnosoft website.



Micro series accessories - Heat protections

Some heat protections for some data logger models to be used at temperatures higher than the max operative one for limited time are available. There are two heat protections for the S-Micro, for temperatures higher than 140°C for different periods and two for the S-Micro XL that can be used in combination (to use the second one you will need the first one too). Max calibrable and readable temperature is 220°C and extra calibration points must be purchased.
