SECURITY CONVERGENCE C MAINTAINING A CAGR OF 20%+
OVER THE NEXT 3 YEARS
The integration of the building security
and automation systems allows
automation of building management
and processes in case of emergencies.
In order to achieve this, security system
integrators and manufacturers need to
bridge the gap between the security
and the IT world (and vice versa),
adopt open standards, move away
from proprietary solutions and adopt
a best of breed one. However,
achieving this scale of integration
involves adhering to different national
and regional regulations and at the
same time has a standardised platform
able to speak with the different
systems in a scalable, reliable and
secure way.
