What do you love about Legacy? “There are so many things to love about Legacy that I don't even know where to start. Everyday I walk in through the front doors, and I know that it is going to be a good day. I know that the day will be filled with opportunities for every student; and I know that I will always be surrounded by friends, because Legacy is filled with wonderful people, and everyone accepts everyone for who they are. I have always loved Legacy's caring environment. You know how our lovely teachers and staff members are always asking us to try our hardest and do our best? Well they are working to do their best everyday, too. They are trying to make everyday as great as it can be for us, and that deserves a round of applause, because trying to keep 600 students happy and well educated everyday is a huge task; and they are doing a great job! As you can see, everyone at Legacy is a caring and good-hearted person. Knowing that you are cared for and you are appreciated every time you walk through those doors is definitely something to love about Legacy Public School” - Zoe

“I love being able to express my opinions and answer questions the way I want to. I also love being able to think differently” - Sumedh

“The things I hope for are success, for everyone to be active, to make school feel like home, and I also hope that kids know how valued they are” - Hrithik

What do you hope for? “I hope this year only gets better for everyone” - Oviya

“I hope that Legacy will continue to provide students with the immense amount of opportunities and extracurriculars it has available to students. This will motivate students to follow their passions and dreams, while meeting new peers who enjoy the same activities as them. This will also allow for teachers to see students learn and grow as they get involved with our many enrichment and leadership clubs, or programs, too” - Hannah

“I have read a great quote that said “a legacy is not leaving something for people, but leaving something in people” and that is what Legacy means to me. Here at Legacy our teachers and peers get to watch us grow. We say hello to each other in kindergarten, and goodbye to each other on graduation day. We each have the privilege of watching each other grow up, we are all an influence to one another, and we all get the chance to make our mark, and leave our legacy in our school. We all get the chance to find ways to let the future generations of this school know that we have walked these halls. We are all in control of what we do, and if we make an impact or not. So rather than just letting our names be written down in the yearbooks, let's change the story, let's make it our story, and leave our legacy. So what does Legacy mean to me, the chance to make a difference” - Zoe

What does Legacy mean to me? “Legacy means experiences to me. Legacy means friends to me. Legacy is a wonderful place to be” - Banita

“To me, Legacy means “power.” It means the power to do what I want, to express opinions, and most importantly, the power to make a difference” - Sumedh
