This sale will be conducted in STERLING (£). Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse to issue a Bidding Number. This Brochure is only a guide please inspect the equipment.

All new Buyers must provide the following in order to obtain a Bidder Number.• Photographic Identification e.g Passport/Driving Licence• Company VAT Number• Deposit - 10% of projected spend with a minimum deposit of

£10,000/€15,000 via E-payment, Cash, Bankers Draft, Debit or Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Please note deposits will be returned on Auction day to those customers who have been unsuccessful in their bids.

Regular buyers must provide photographic identifiction at each auction. A deposit may be required in some circumstances. Please visit www.euroauctions.com for more information.

Buyer’s commission will be charged at a rate of 2.5% on Hammer Price. VAT will be charged on the buyer’s commission at 20%. VAT of 20% will be charged on the hammer price. This will be refunded to non-UK buyers upon receipt of export documents showing removal from the UK. For removal to other EU countries a valid VAT number must also be provided.

Cheque/Cash is acceptable on the sale date only. All Credit and Business Debit cards are accepted but are subject to a 2% bank service charge which is non-refundable. Personal debit cards are not subject to a charge.

NOTE: Cash or telegraphic transfer will only be accepted after the sale day.

All company representatives bidding on behalf of a company must provide a letter of authorisation from their company director.

Absentee Bids can be placed up to the day prior to the sale providing 10% of the absentee bid is transferred to Euro Auctions (UK) Ltd Bank Account. Please give our office staff ample notice of such a bid.
