The Feed Bag
We’re Part of History As most of you know, our club sponsored a brick to be laid at the entrance to the proposed Mustang
Owners’ Museum in Concord, North Carolina. Thought you’d get a kick out of seeing what the pro-
posed entrance will look like. Here’s a short article with a picture to give you an idea. The article was
provided by Down the Road Marketing to MCA
The Museum Display Bricks are sold out !
All 500 Museum bricks are now sold for the special display planned for the front of the Museum. I had mentioned the
bricks would be part of a larger display, so....
now you see the rest of the planned display-to include the three leg arch, similar to the 1964 World's Fair display.
The display will have room for Mustangs to be parked as shown for photo ops. (The black & white tile display under the
Mustang is for illustration purposes only.)
We are currently looking at a couple of different arched displays. Once we have the arched display confirmed we will
send out an email blast.
For the enthusiasts that missed ordering a Museum display brick, we will have more bricks for sale that will become part
of the sidewalk around the Museum.
To everyone that has already ordered a Museum brick, thank you for your support of the Museum. We hope you like the
new display.

DVMA Dispatch
DVMA Dispatch President Message
December! We are looking at winter tires and winter roads and maybe even
some wet roads. Hopefully everyone will drive safely. Beyond driving,
though, there are the holidays that are here. I hope each of you enjoyed a won-
derful Thanksgiving. We are so fortunate to live in this country and savor all of
our freedoms.
Merry Christmas to each of you! Happy Holidays also, since holidays are for a
long period of time and involve many religions. This is such a special time of
year. DVMA will gather for our annual Christmas party on Dec 11, and I hope
you will be at El Tapatio to celebrate with all of us. Remember to bring your
exchange gift! That is always a lot of fun. We are limited to 50 at this party
because of space, so contact me to see if there is room, or use PayPal on the
website.
Adopt-A-Street in November was wonderful. Many of our members showed up
to help, since there were very few listed in the Event Book. Everyone was
needed and much appreciated.
After the holidays, there will be lots of plans for spring and summer car shows.
If you have ideas for DVMA events, please let John or other board members
know. Is anyone interested in overnight stays? In the meantime, be sure to
check the details about upcoming National shows.
