Information on climate change directly affecting the municipality
To establish a comprehensive and reliable database and monitoring system in the LGU.
To institute appropriate and precise intervention in addressing poverty
To institutionalize CBMS as planning and monitoring tool (update every 3 years)
CBMS data as source of primary informationfor the formulation of Barangay DevelopmentPlan (BDP).
CBMS data utilized as tools in the validation ofissues and problems during the conduct ofParticipatory Situational Analysis for theimplementation of KALAHI-CIDDS-NCDDP.
As a source of information for the formulationof Local Poverty Reduction Action Plan (LPRAP)under Grassroots Participatory Process (GPP).

Full impact in the developmentcondition of the LGU as a result ofrecent programs intervention will takeplace 1-2 years from now however,previous intervention of the LGU provedto be in the right track as manifested inthe reduction of its poverty thresholdfrom 72% in 2007 to 61.84 % in 2013.
Promulgation of policy on the mandatoryconduct of CBMS in every LGU at least every3 years and integration to the SGLG as partof its compliance area; the establishment ofa comprehensive and integrated database.
Integration to the Municipal and BarangayDevelopment Plan the conduct of regularCBMS (every 3 years)
