ABUGA PRIMARY SCHOOL Abuga Primary School has shown great improvement over the course of the

SLC process, particularly in the quality of their lesson planning and

presentation. As one of the smaller schools in the HoE program, effort was

put into increasing enrolment and improving team-planning. Abuga

teachers completed a number of independent school projects, ranging from

revision/weekend packages to the creation of quality instructional materials

for lower primary pupils. The school has a group of smart, well-motivated

teachers with lots of potential and we hope they use this potential to grow

from strength to strength in 2018.

ATYANG PRIMARY SCHOOL Awach Primary School has always had lively and meaningful discussions

during their SLC meetings. Teachers enjoy a goof rapport and work well

together for the improvement of teachers and pupils. Over the course of the

2 year SLC program, Atyang teachers have presented lessons of a high

quality. Teachers have always been friendly and welcoming to HoE staff.

They continue to work on their project creating instructional materials to

improve literacy levels in lower primary. We wish them all the best in the

RWOTOBILO PRIMARY SCHOOL HoE is extremely proud of the efforts made by Rwotobilo Primary to

improve their school, staff and pupils. Despite some initial difficulties in

getting settled, they have overcome many challenges to become one of the

best schools that HoE has had the pleasure of working with. The grounds

and offices are always impeccably neat and tidy while classroom displays

are kept in good condition, particularly in lower primary. Rwotobilo teachers

completed two independent school projects, IMS creation in various subjects

and revision classes for P7 pupils. We hope that teachers will continue on

this path in 2018 and beyond.
