Star of Week 8
Coby – 1/2H
Our Star of the Week for 1/2H this week is
Coby! Coby has been chosen as she is a
wonderful role model for the rest of our class
and the whole school. She has consistent
attendance and she always comes to school with
a happy smile on her face. Coby is an amazing
friend to all and is a pleasure to have in our
class. She never backs down from a challenge
and doesn’t mind getting a sweaty brain in
order to achieve great learning! Best of all, she
never gives up when things get tricky and is
always happy to take on feedback to help her to
improve!
Keep up the fabulous effort Coby!
From The Library
Thank you to everyone for their great support
of this year’s book fair
We were able to take $205 in books from the
fair to go into our Library.
Also a reminder for all overdue books to be
returned.
Star of Week 7
Zane – 3/4M
Zane is our Star of the Week because it is
important to him to complete tasks correctly, so
he will check instructions with the teacher. He
always willingly helps others when they
encounter a computer problem. Our school
motto of respect and cooperation is very well
demonstrated by Zane.
Enrolling Kindergarten for 2020
We are now accepting enrolments for
Kindergarten 2020. Children who turn 5 before
31st July 2020 are eligible for enrolment in
Kindergarten. If you would like to discuss
readiness for school or any other matters
regarding enrolling your child please contact the
school office. The school will be conducting a pre
enrolment/orientation meeting for parents later in
Term 3 to outline our kindergarten orientation
program which operates in Term 4.
If you have a child that will be commencing
school or know of someone who does please
contact the school office.
