1) What is a project?

• AFNOR X50-115: A project is a set of coordinated and controlled activities with start dates and end, initiated with the target to attend an objective conforming to specific requirements.

• PMI (PMBOK 4th edition): A project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product or service.

2) Social Project / Private Project

• Productive project: (*) There are projects that think about how to generate economic profitability and to obtain profit in money

• Public or social project (*) : There are the projects that think about how to reach an impact on the quality of life of the population.

4) Project Metro Traim To Lima / Peru 1986 – 2006 (20 years)

• The Metro of Lima, it is an urban system of transport that covers the city of cardinal Lima of Peru

• It was decided to initiate the work on08/1986

• The construction advanced with rapidity during two years (1989), but the country he was in a deep economic and social crisis, which did not allow to continue the work.

5) Situation year 2009

• The central government decided in the year 2009 that the MTC should recapture the administration (AATE).

• The financing of the work comes from an operation of external indebtedness with the CAF for US$ 300 MM.

• December 2009, The AATE signed the contract for the construction to the Consortium Lima: Odebretch + Graña & Montero (Local Partned)

TWO PROBLEMS:• The ancient columns (project to 1989) were

being used by young people in risk of permanent conflict.

TWO PROBLEMS:• Violent young people were taking the ancient

structures as a refuge.

7) Targets to Project LiderArt

• How make use of the ancient structures without turning in social problem ¡¡¡

• So project Liderart (young Leader Artist) is Born ¡¡¡

I. To develop a diagnosis on the level of organization of this young people. II. To promote the personal development of the young people making use of the arts and the urban dance.III. To increase his capacity of Dialogue.IV. To promote spaces of Dialogue from the young people towards the organizations.

• To achieve this change of attitude and behavior Project developed a series of activities in dances urban.

• LiderArt implements a methodology inspired in the art and the transformation of conflicts that it propitiates, from the creation and strengthening of spaces of dialogue
