    Conclusion

    In a nutshell, Mobilink has a strong HR

    system.

    Therefore there isntinconsistency in whatpolicies state and whatemployees say. 90 % of thetimes they were same.

    There are some minordiscrepancies but they areadjustable with littleeffort.

    Following are some of therecommendations based on thosediscrepancies:

    Employees are not encouraged to givesuggestions in policy formulation.

    Promotion, hiring and firing is virtually in theimmediate bosss hand, this practice can

    cause disharmony Mobilink HR lacks in terms of career planning

    and development.
