An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), commonly known as a drone, is an aircraft without a human pilot aboard.
The flight of UAVs may operate with various degrees of autonomy: either under remote control by a human operator, or fully or intermittently autonomously, by onboard computers.

The Yamaha R-MAX is a Japanese unmanned helicopter developed by the Yamaha Motor Company in the 1990s.

In October of 1997, Yamaha released its new RMAX industrial-use unmanned helicopter, which featured greater payload capacity and greater ease of operation.
