Updating your Profile in the TTG Intranet

Hello, my name is Carla Jr., and I will be guiding you throughout these

lessons today!

Today’s LessonHow to update your profile

Let’s start by logging inUse your single sign-on

Click on “My Profile”

Your “Name” has already been

completed for you!

but you can verify this information to make sure that it is

correct.

Please complete your “Contact Info” so that people will know how

to contact you,

and make sure that your phone numbers

are in the correct format !

You can complete the “About Yourself”

section with some background information,

and you can tell us about your current

projects .

These “Extra Fields” is where you can tell

us what your position or role is and provide other information.

You can see the projects to which you are subscribed…if any,

and you can “Unsubscribe” as well.

You should upload a photo of yourself.

For best results, we recommend that your image

be 160 x 160.

Don’t forget to

save!

Now let’s look at how your profile will appear

on the site.

Search for your name by typing at least

three letters…

Review your profile.If you want to make

changes, go back and start all over again, and

again, and again until you are happy at this point.
