Events and the BTL media is an Experiential Industry.

We use elements, designs, props, lights and artists to produce

a brand soaking experience.

We do not own all of these resources – We marshal them. Hence, we plan and manage to

create MORE out of less; often all we have to sell is a – big idea and believe us… Selling that is

a tough job.

We are adept at idea generation and have a tasteful sense of art, design, visual constructs and

related stimuli to convey high impact messages.

Client: ICICI Bank Ltd.

Event: Celebrating the spirits of champions. An award night for all the achievers of various

sales contests throughout Rajasthan was organised at a five star property in Jaipur.

Other Activities for ICICI Bank: Road Shows, In-store branding, Branch Décors, Fund Launches, Independence Day Celebrations,

Mock Museum Setup, Cheese & Wine Pairing Evenings, Branch Anniversary celebrations, etc. Have executed around 150 Events /

BTL activities for ICICI Bank in the last 8 years.


Award Nights

Client: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

Event: Founder’s Day Celebrations of the Mahindra & Mahindra Tractor

Division. Gala Dinner at the plant along with entertainment, professional

dance troupe, sound, light, décor, et al. Have been executing this annual affair

since last 5 years.

Other Activities for M&M: Scorpio Promotions, Sales Promotion Activities, President’s Farewell Event.


Award Nights

Client: ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd.

Event: Winners Night. An annual award night to celebrate the triumph of all the sales

performers of east India region. Folk artist performances, hotel bookings, stage setup, et al.


Themed Gala Dinners


Event: Re-union of the IIM-A batch of Mr K V Kamath (then CMD

of ICICI Bank) hosted by the Bank. Royal Rajasthani themed

cocktail dinner with torch bearers, Horses, spears, shields, bows,

et al. at Hotel Bal Samand Lake Palace, Jodhpur. Maharaja of

Jodhpur, His Excellency Shri Gaj Singh ji being the Guest of Honor,

it was a prestigious event for us.


Launch Events


Event: Launch event of first of its kind Wealth Branch in Rajasthan. Inaugurated by Grammy

award winner Pandit Vishva Mohan Bhatt and Mr. ashok Parnami (then Mayor of Jaipur). An

art exhibition and showcase of Harley Davidson Bikes & Audi cars were major attractions.

Client: Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO)

Event: Launch event of EO, Jaipur Chapter. Unveiling done by business tycoon Mr. Sanjay

Kapur (Chairman, EO) accompanied by his wife Karishma Kapoor (Bollywood actress).


Mall Activation

Client: American Center (US Embassy)

Event: ‘Bad Boys of Dance’ Performance - as an effort to engage Indian Youth with the US

Culture. Leaflet distribution and Poster implementation was done for a week at prominent

youth hangouts. Pass Distribution, Mall Activation, Venue Management, Media reception.


Mall Activation

Client: Nickelodeon Channel *

Event: Children’s favorite characters ‘Per-man’ and ‘Ninja Hattori’ played games with them

and distributed freebies. The idea was to promote the Nick character to increase

viewership of the channel. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the weekend activity and had pictures

clicked with their dear friends ‘Per-man’ & ‘Ninja Hattori’. Permissions, sound, setup, et al.


Service Camps

Client: Maruti Suzuki*

Event: Three day car service camp for all Maruti owners. Free Oil top-up, washing, car

checkup and car-care consultation. Serviced around 2400 cars in three days. Permissions,

security, venue constructs, venue mgmt, fabrication, pre-event banners, posters, et al.

Client: Bosch India Ltd.*

Event: Three day car service camp. Free Oil top-up, free washing, free car checkup and car-

care consultation. Permissions, setup, venue mgmt, venue constructs, branding,

fabrication, pre-event posters, banners, week long canter road show, et al.


Road Shows

Client: Yo Bykes *

Event: Launch of ‘Yo Bykes’ in Rajasthan. Road Shows with MC engaging customers,

distribution of freebies, promoters distributing flyers. Canter fabrication, permissions, test

rides, On site booking, etc. we were able to generate over 600 leads in a week’s duration

and sell 23 bykes over a duration of 4 days.


Road Shows


Event: Promotion of ICICI Bank ‘Pure Gold’ through Road Shows across the

states of J&K, HP, UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan. We got a special jingle

created for the road show. Promoters distributed flyers and jingle played in

the background. Canter fabrication, permissions, jingle creation, etc.

Event: Promotion of the new sports model of Mahindra Scorpio targeting the health

conscious at a jogger’s parks at high street locations. Permissions, sound, setup, promoters

distributing flyers and test rides.


Team Building Offsites

Client: ING Vysya Bank Ltd.

Event: Two Day Offsite activity at Hotel Vivanta by Taj – Panaji, Goa. Team Building

Activities, Conference, entertainment, travel, airport pickups, stay and airport drops. The

team had good fun and felt rejuvenated and charged up on their way back.

Client: MACH India Ltd.

Event: Insights India 2011 – MACH Insights is recognized in the industry as a leading

conference in the mobile calendar. Providing in-depth coverage of roaming topics,

Interconnect, Mobile Messaging, and Direct Operator Billing. Site selection, hotel bookings,

stage design, fabrication, energetic performance by Jimmy Felix & Desert Gypsies.

Event: A 2 days event including annual board of directors meeting at Taj hotel and

inauguration of Bank of Rajasthan Bhawan by Ms. Chanda Kochhar (MD & CEO, ICICI Bank)

and Mr. K.V. Kamath (Chairman, ICICI Bank) after the merger of ICICI bank and Bank of

Rajasthan.


Press Conferences


Event: Press conference post merger of ICICI Bank and Bank of Rajasthan. Conference was

addressed by Ms. Chanda Kochhar (MD & CEO, ICICI Bank) and Mr. Rajiv Sabharwal

(Executive Director, ICICI Bank).



Event: V4 was given a task to create a museum for all the banking antiques collected from all

the branches of erstwhile Bank of Rajasthan after the merger with ICICI Bank. It was

inaugurated & appreciated by Mr K V Kamath (Chairman) & Ms Chanda Kochhar (MD & CEO).
