History (1)

•September 1993 – Van Klaveren CRT, cartridge remanufacturing technology founded.

•March 1997 – Van Klaveren ccc, cartridge collection centre founded as a spin-off from the remanufacturing business.

•June 2001 – partnership with Bosnian company in the field of cartridge remanufacturing.

•December 2002 – Eeko Group established, as holding company of all subsidiaries.

•June 2003 – Eeko Group acquires its Bosnian partner which is renamed Aline Bosnia.

•September 2004 – Van Klaveren ccc breaks through the “100,000 virgin cartridges barrier”, collected through collection programmes each month.

•2004 – all remanufacturing activities moved from The Netherlands to Bosnia.

•May 2005 – Eeko Group decides to spin-off its remanufacturing division by selling its toner and inkjet production facilities in Bosnia and closing its operations in The Netherlands.

•May 2005 – Eeko Group refocuses as pure-play empties collector in The Netherlands and Belgium and is seeking international growth opportunities for its collection programmes.

•Jan 2006 – Van Klaveren ccc focus on concept programmes for BtB- School- Club- Charity- Partners and 3p solutions by Internet and collects over 100.000 units each month by end-users.

•May 2006 – Eeko® collection brand launched

•2007 – Van Klaveren hc, Hardware Complete established

•December 2007 – Second place “WWF Company partner of the year”

•Jan 2008 – The takeover of service cartridge Ecoplan (Twise)

•2009 – More than 2,5 million units collected

•March 2010 – Moved to new premises in Deventer

•December 2010 – ISO 9001 registered by Lloyd’s

•March 2011 – Opened collection office Eeko France SARL

•March 2011 – More than 3,3 million cartridges collected
