and in concept is not a new management idea. • Triennial audits currently include the requirement for

an asset management plan • The plan also requires the inclusion of estimated life

cycle and replacement or rehab plan. • Requires an up to date inventory and storage or

facility location • Require OEM recommended maintenance schedules

and practices to maintain a state of good repair
