Dr. Jiawen Yang, Co-founder/ Senior Consultant (USA)• Dr. Yang is the Professor of International Business and International Affairs of

George Washington University and his expertise lies in international finance, international business strategies for small and medium-sized firms, and the Chinese economy. He received his PhD in International Business from New York University and has taught at New York University, Vanderbilt University and universities in China. Dr. Yang has led hundreds of MBA/EMBA students and missions to visit China over past 10 years.

Mr. Martin Lu, Co-founder/ Senior Consultant (USA)• Mr. Lu is a widely experienced consultant in agribusiness/food/renewable

energy/carbon ventures with an US-based consulting firm. Prior to moving into consulting industry, Mr. Lu worked at International Business Development Department of AOL and a leading Asian company in China. He holds a MBA degree from George Washington University and Bachelors from a noted Chinese university. Mr. Lu speaks English, Chinese and basic Japanese. He also has experience in international trade and seeking investment opportunities in China.
