The wedding washeld on May 21, 2011 in Philadelphia, at The Valley Green Inn.

The bride’s sister Mary Lauren Johnson of Charlotte, NC servedas maid of honor. The groom’s friend Jonathan Rusk of EastStroudsburg, PA served as best man. The groom’s daughter,Libby Flatley-Holst of Huddersfield, England served as flowergirl. Bridesmaids included Corinne Fenner, of Columbia, SC,Emily Westfall-Crouch, of Tallahassee, FL, and Laura Kenney ofPhiladelphia, PA. The groom’s brothers, Henry Holst, of Danbury,CT, and Wallace Holst, of Skaneateles, NY, served as groomsmenalong with friend Christopher Schiffert of Bethlehem, PA. .Following the wedding, the happy couple honeymooned in Turksand Caicos. They currently reside in Conshohocken, PA.

The bride-to-be is a 2008 graduate of Oakcrest High School.She will complete her degree in Radio-TV-Film from RowanUniversity in the spring of 2012.

Mr. Darpino graduated from Absegami High School in 2007and has been a supervisor for his family’s landscaping company,Victory Farms, for the past five years.

The happy couple will be married in Waterford Works onOctober 8, 2011.

Church in New York City in a nuptial mass double ringceremony, followed by a beautiful evening reception at theLighthouse at Chelsea Piers on the Hudson River in Manhattan.The bride is the daughter of Albert (Inky) and Kathleen (Keating)Engle of Northfield, N.J. The groom is the son of Lilian Modlockof Dorset, England and Donald Modlock of London, England.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a Jenny Lee ivory silktaffeta gown with a draped bodice, pick up skirt, and matchingSwarovski crystal belt. Her veil was an heirloom Toni Federici“Lovers Veil” of Alencon lace. The Maid of Honor was NicoleMarinaccio, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Heather Green,cousin of the bride, Kristina Santoro and Laura Smith, friends ofthe bride. The Flower girl was Julia Keating, cousin of the bride.Serving as Michael’s Best Man was Gary Avis, friend of the groom.Groomsmen were Paul Bellinger, David Evans, and Douglas Rich,all long-time friends of the groom.

The bride is a 1997 graduate of Mainland Regional H.S., anda 2001 graduate of the University of Delaware receiving a BA inBiology and a BA in Psychology in pre-med Neuroscience. Shereceived her MA in Clinical Psychology in 2004 from ColumbiaUniversity in NYC. Dr. Erin completed a Doctoral program inClinical Psychology from the Virginia Consortium in 2009, andgraduated from the Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2010. Sheis currently employed as a licensed supervising staff psychologistat Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, N.Y. Michael isoriginally from London, England. He studied business in collegeand graduated from the University of London with a degree inEnvironmental Management. He is employed in the financialderivates industry in Manhattan.

Michael and Erin honeymooned to Turks & Caicos and a threeweek trip to India, and reside in New York City.
