WENA  Analysis  –  Half  April  Paulo  Cortez  –  WENA  OST  

Read  Me  First  Before   seeing   the   analysis,   take   into   consideraEon   that   those  numbers  are  from  1st  to  11th  of  April  but,  the  results  of  13.14  are  from  the  whole  month.    The   idea   of   the   analysis   is   to   understand   where   we   are   right  now,  what  we  need  to  do  to  overachieve  the  results  of  past  term  and  some  projecEons  of  what  can  happen  in  each  program.  

iGCDP  Results  

iGCDP  Overview  For  iGCDP  we  are  almost  achieving  the  RE,  but  sEll  missing  a  lot  of  MA.    As  you  can  see,  Germany  contributed  quite  a  lot  to  the  number  of  MA  past  term  in  April  but,  as  they   are   not   running   iGCDP   anymore  we   hope   Italy,   Greece   or   Portugal   can   take   the   regional  GAP.    Just  11  days  of  the  month  have  passed  and  Greece   is  already  growing  wich   is  an  amazing  sign,  but  Italy  sEll  has  some  work  to  do.  As  a  projecEon  I  believe  we  will  grow  this  month,  at  least  in  MA  (as  we  are  in  MA  peak)  as  Greece  is  already  overperforming.    Very  good  sign  for  the  region!  

oGCDP  Results  

oGCDP  Overview  I  know  oGCDP  do  not  look  that  good,  but  it  is  actually  very  promssing.    Top  contributors  of  this  month  should  be  Canada,  UK  and  US.  UK  and  US  sEll  has  some  work  to  do  in  order  to  overachieve  past  term  but  Canada  is  already  showing  a  very  strong  result,  which  for  sure  will  lead  to  growth.  The  other  enEEes  are  sEll  behind,  but  most  of  the  matches  happens  at  the  end  of  this  month.    For  RE  we  are  not  in  the  peak,  but  sEll  as  you  can  see  it  is  quite  a  relevant  month  for  WENA  due  to  Germany  and  Italy  realizaEons  and  here  I  am  a  liZle  bit  worried.  If  we  do  not  take  acEons  now  it  may  lead  do  a  huge  decrease  for  our  region.    

 

iGIP  Results  

iGIP  Overview  iGIP  is,  for  sure,  a  concern.    As   you   can   see   past   term   the  MA   results  was   led   by  Germany,   Belgium   and  Greece   and   all   3  enEEes  sEll  do  not  have  a  very  strong  result  which  will  affect  the  result  of  the  whole  region  is  it  remains   unEl   the   end   of   the   month.   The   good   news   is   that   both   UK   and   US,   again,   have  everything  to  grow  a  lot  but  it  will  be  very  difficult  to  recover  from  the  GAP  if  other  top  enEEes  do  not  perform  this  month.    For  RE  the  same  statement  is  valid.  Last  term  Greece  had  a  very  strong  performance  but  for  now  all  WENA  is  showing  a  very  weak  result.  

oGIP  Results  

oGIP  Overview  oGIP  the  scnario  is  not  great  as  well,  but  quite  achievable.    The  single  strong  result  of  past  term  this  month  was  from  US  in  MA.  The  rest  is  very  well  divided,  mainly  in  RE.    SEll  most  enEEes  are  behind,  but  not  that  much.  So  I  believe  if  we,  as  a  region,  but  some  effort  in  realizing  an  average  of  5  per  enEty  we  will  have  a  good  month.  There  is  no  way  we  could  have  any  projecEon  here  as  the  result  is  so  distributed  among  the  enEEes  so  we  will  need  a  collecEve  effort  in  making  sure  every  enEty  could  perform  here.
