Friends * Wine * Food

BACKSTAGE Wine Tasting Room. We opened The Backstage wine tasting room in November, 2017 as a place to showcase our finest, award winning, small vineyard wines, in a comfortable and enjoyable setting, amongst friends. We make our wines from 19 small vineyards that we manage, in various appellations throughout the state. Each vineyard has its own special terroir that we showcase through our winemaking. We make all of our wines at our winery in Morgan Hill. Each wine is in very limited in supply – as each is from a small vineyard. We are from Marin County, and love all that it has to offer. Adding our BACKSTAGE wine tasting room in downtown Larkspur gives us the ability to see all of our friends and make new acquaintances. We designed “social” seating, to allow small groups to enjoy wines together in a convenient and comfortable location. Serving wines in a proper setting is important to us. Using our Wine-Keeper pouring system, we are able to present our wines at the most optimum temperature – and free from oxidation. Our selection of small plates (food) is designed to enhance our guests’ experience. Our wide selection of wines allows our guests to thoroughly enjoy their wine experience. We suggest wine “tastings”, so that you can become more familiar with various wines types, different vineyards and different appellations. Our staff is knowledgeable and able to help you in your wine endeavors. Please feel comfortable to ask us questions. Most importantly, enjoy your time here at BACKSTAGE.

HAPPY HOUR MENU BACKSTAGE offers the following Happy Hour specials: Please join us for Happy Hour and linger longer to taste many of our wines.
