The 7 acre site comprises 6,600 sqm of warehousing with 15.5m high bay racking with capacity for 11,000 pallet spaces. Additionally there is 6,800sqm multi-tiered mezzanine plus 2400 square metres office accommodation on 3 floors, all protected by 24 hours manned security and cctv surveillance throughout.•44 end-loading doors with powered dock levelers.•Pallet truck conveyor train system.•Truck and swap body collection and delivery fleet.•HM Customs ICD,ERTS,Bonded warehouse and REDS.


COLESHILLCOLESHILL

The 7.5 acre (3 Ha) site includes:

• Phase I purpose built multi-user warehouse with 5,850 m2 floor space plus 3000 pallet locations. In addition 3000 m2 of mezzanine floor space and a 3 storey office block totalling another 1,500 m2

• Phase II warehouse with a further 6500 m2 with 12.5metres clear eaves height and storage capacity for 10,000 pallet loads plus another 5000 m2 of mezzanine floor space for order sorting

• 24 hour manned security and CCTV surveillance throughout


BRISTOLBRISTOL

The building of Phase II will create a single 6 acre site including:

• Phase I purpose built transit facility with a total of 5,000 m2 of floor space including over 2,000 m2 of mezzanine floor. 14 dock levelling doors and 1 pier for side loading plus office space for over 40 operators.

• Phase II distribution centre will have 21 loading doors and will hold around 11,000 standard pallets in high-bay racking, plus 4 mezzanine floors giving a total floor area of over 12,000 m2.

• 24 hour security and CCTV surveillance throughout
