1. Use User remote that should be in the store. Navigation works OK.

2. Use SVC remote. But the navigation but-ton is for channel and volume. So please use local button on the back for navigation. Only Press the POWER, ENTER, number button, IN-START, ADJ and EXIT.Do not use other buttons such as POWER ON.

NoticePlease check the Signage model information(1,2,3) before upgrading the New FW. The New FW must be updated to the specific version. Or the unit will be locked up.

The ones that don’t match the information don’t need to have the new FW.

2. Check the available FW version※ Please see FW Version.

It must be V3.09.00 or higher, If it is not, please update the FW

1. Check the Serial Number

You can check the FW version and the Serial number in the “IN START” menu.

* Don’t Push “POWER ON” button. This is not the turn on KEY

☞ Press “IN START” → Enter Password “0413”

3. Check the Main OSD Color- Press the “Menu” Key- Depending on which FW version, some models may have Red OSD Color

※ The new FW must have Blue OSD Color

IR Receiver Connection Connect the IR Receiver. Allows the use of a wired

remote or IR receiver ex-tension.

USB Connection Connect the USB device to the USB IN jack on the

Monitor.

※ Please turn off the Media Player or un-plug the RS232C cable from the monitor before beginning this step

1)Insert the USB device into the USB jack.2) Select Cancel or Press “EXIT” key when the pop up screen comes on3) Press “Menu” → Press “▼” Button on the rear of the Monitor to highlight Op-tion, then → Press “7”key seven times4) Select the software to update5) Wait until the update process is com-pleted. After completion, the monitor will restart automatically

3. S/W Version info

WS50 S/W Version - S/W Version : 3.09.00.- MICOM Version : 7.05.0

If above S/W version and MICOM version do not match with what you currently upgraded to then please check your F/W version on the USB thumb drive and follow the F/W upgrade procedure with a correct F/W again on page 2.
