The perfect example of a community helping each other achieve their goals is Independent Distributor Sue Kermath’s Herbalife FitClub, which runs out of the local cricket club in Craigieburn, Victoria. “It started as a project to help a guy who was doing his Personal Trainer qualification, and after it ended we just wanted to keep going!” says Sue.

The Herbalife FitClub runs every Monday at 6:30am from the confines of the local football and cricket club. Over the last 18 months the group of ten have been participating every week. Their activities include boxing, jogging, weight lifting and more. Seven of the participants are using Herbalife products to help them on their journey, and between them have all experienced remarkable weight loss! “The Herbalife Fit Club group is always encouraging each other, which makes for a very happy and enjoyable experience!” Congratulations to Sue and the rest of her team as they continue down the path to better nutrition for themselves and their community.

James Tsagros believes Herbalife has transformed his life. Since joining Herbalife in September 2012, James has maintained daily consumption of all of the Herbalife inner nutrition

The future looks bright for Simin Zhang. She lost 9kgs over 3 months and still has the motivation she did when first starting her Herbalife journey 2 years ago. Simin loves all the products Herbalife offers, but her favourites are

the Formula 1 Shake and Herbal Aloe Concentrate. Within the first two months of using the Herbalife products Simin noticed the difference both physically and financially. She loved feeling good but also was excited that she was helping those around her feel healthier too.

Hi everyone,

Have You Had Your Shake Today? What an amazing June we had and weren’t the Extravaganzas incredible? For those of you who did attend, I hope you have taken some of what you have learned and shared the many best practices with your organisations. You all have such wonderful ideas and energy that sharing these with each other creates even more excitement and success for us all.

With the Extravaganzas concluded, I do encourage you all to continue helping your Freshman Class toward their goal of graduating in January 2013 and January 2014. These Supervisors, especially who attended the Extravaganza, are in the lucky position to be our future leaders and we want all of you Freshman to stay in the business so you can help more people with the gift of good nutrition, but also so you can build a business around your customers.

For many of you, you are now conducting the Active SP Retreat (or the Dream Weekend/Dream Team Festival) and what an amazing response. For many of you this August and September will be the first Retreat where our attendees will get a chance to learn more about the basics of being and Active Supervisor and a World Team member. We’re also on our way to the incredible Future President’s Team Retreat and the Active World Team University in Bangkok. This is the first ever Active World Team University and we’re doing it in Asia. Isn’t that amazing. It means that more and more of you are working successfully in the marketing plan and as you succeed, you in turn will help to train the many new Distributors and Supervisors who join our business.

I want also to commend you all for building a stable business around our many customers. Running a Herbalife business is not for everyone, but our products are certainly for everyone and we want people to use Herbalife for Life! That means the more our customers know about the products and use them they will continue to use them as your loyal customers. Thank you for the support you all provide to the Herbalife customers.

July is always a month of excitement for many of our Distributors as it is a time for family and the beginning of holidays. For some of you it is also the beginning of the Fasting Month of Ramadan, and for others it is an even busier time for work. With all that you do, I hope you are able to take the time

Kick Off MeetingsTAB team members from Australia flew to six capital cities around New Zealand and Australia to share their stories, business techniques and focus points during the June Kick Off Meetings. World Team members met for a targeted training followed by training for Supervisors who are serious about getting to World Team and Global Expansion Team. Of course the day ended with the infamous Herbalife Opportunity Meetings where Distributors were able to bring along guests to show them the business opportunity and the products.

Global Expansion Team Members, Shakila Gaffor and June Lay made their debut appearances with Shakila in Brisbane where she inspired many and June in Perth where she gained many laughs while telling her history making story. Millionaire Team Member, Jess Morgan once again wowed the crowd in Melbourne with her story and business techniques that are getting attention worldwide. Millionaire Team member, Roger Shehata travelled to Auckland to inspire the New Zealand Distributors

along with International Executive Presidents Team Member, Kim Broemer who did the same in Sydney. Caroline Wone, whose success in Cairns has been noted by many Australian’s and New Zealanders recently, made her way down to Adelaide to teach and share with the local Distributorships. After attending the New Zealand Nutrition Club Tour in April, Herbalife Independent Distributor Linda Grainger was inspired to open up her own Nutrition Club. Linda said that when visiting the New Zealand Nutrition Clubs, she felt so much warmth and sense of community,

and wanted to create the same atmosphere in her own Nutrition Club.

“The New Zealand tour was an eye opener to what can be achieved within communities by operating a Nutrition Club. If I didn’t attend the Tour and see first-hand just how magical and simple Nutrition Clubs are, I probably would not have opened my own” says Linda.

As soon as Linda returned from the New Zealand Tour, she excitedly commenced preparations, found a suitable location in Hallett Cove, South Australia, and launched her Nutrition Club, Body & Soul Nutrition, in early June She has already attracted members to her Club, predominately employees of other businesses in the area, as well as locals that frequent the nearby shopping centre. She enjoys meeting her happy customers, and loves the sense of accomplishment she feels from being a Nutrition Club operator. “I get to be Herbalised every day, and my Club is starting to feel like a home away from home!”

Body & Soul Nutrition is open between 8.45am and 3.00pm daily. Linda runs Weight Loss Challenges from her Club, holds nutritional information sessions, plays Herbalife DVDs and of course, provides the AUD $7.95 service of Aloe Concentrate, Instant Herbalife Beverage and a Formula 1 Shake.

Since opening Body & Soul Nutrition, Linda says she feels even closer to her family. “It was great setting up the Club, everyone pitched in and the kids evened helped do some painting!” “My Distributor network is also very supportive, they’re spreading the word to the community, encouraging them to visit Body & Soul Nutrition for service and nutritional advice.”

Some advice to Distributors who are thinking about starting up their own Nutrition Club: Linda recommends that Nutrition Club operators work out the minimum amount of services they must sell daily to cover the operation costs, then use the amount as a target each day. “Launching a Nutrition Club is not as scary as it seems. 8. Have you noticed substantial business growth since opening a Nutrition Club? Absolutely. We went from World Team to Active World Team within the first year, then Active World Team to Global Expansion Team during the second year.

9. What are your favourite Herbalife products?Our favourite products are Formula 1 Cookies & Cream and Tang Kuei. We love our Nutrition Program and use all the Herbalife products on a daily basis.

10. How did you start to assist others to open their own club and what were your action steps? It is FUN, simple & magical. We work together as a team and we find that people are attracted to that, so they want to join our team. We keep everything extremely simple, but with a lot of heart & passion.
