PROGETTO DIADEME

Reverberi Enetec è fra gli assegnatari dei fondi europei LIFE per la mitigazione dei cambiamenti climatici. Il progetto LIFE-DIADEME introduce un sistema di controllo dell’illuminazione stradale adattivo, con l’obiettivo di ridurre i consumi del 30% rispetto ai sistemi di regolazione esistenti. Inoltre una rete di 1.000 sensori acquisisce dati su rumore, traffico, inquinamento atmosferico, dati ambientali e vibrazioni, essenziali per lo sviluppo di un progetto completo di Smart City.

DIADEME PROJECT

Reverberi Enetec is one of the assignees of the European LIFE funds for climate change mi-tigation. The LIFE-DIADEME project introduces an adaptive street lighting control system, with the aim of reducing the energy consumption by 30% compared to existing time based dimming control systems. In addition, a network of 1.000 sensors capture data on noise, traffic, air pollution, environmental data and vibrations, essential for the development of a com-prehensive Smart City project.

CASE HISTORY - LONATO DEL GARDA

La città è stata completamente illuminata a LED ed i 600 punti luce del centro sono stati equipaggiati con nodi LPR e LPL. Grazie a questi dispositivi è stata creata una rete radio nar-rowband che alimenta, fornisce connettività e supporta i vari dispositivi IoT. Dal control-lo della qualità dell’aria ai parcheggi intelligenti, dagli Hot Spot Wi-Fi ai pannelli a messaggio variabile fino all’illuminazione adattiva e gli attraversamenti pedonali; l’intera città “Smart” è gestibile attraverso il software Maestro e MaestroWeb 2.0.

The city was completely illuminated with LEDs and the 600 lights in the town center were equipped with LPR and LPL nodes. Thanks to these devices, a narrowband radio network has been created that provides luminaire control and connectivity that supports the various IoT devices. From the control of air quality to intelligent parking, from Hot Spot Wi-Fi to variable message panels up to autominous adaptive lighting and pedestrian crossing overides; the entire “Smart” city is manageable through the Maestro and MaestroWeb 2.0 software.

Il sistema di smart parking tramite computer vision fornisce tutte le informazioni relative al parcheggio su cui è installato. Tutti i dati vengono visualizzati su Dashboard WEB, PMV e APP Mobile.

MaestroSoftware Maestro

Maestro è il software per la telegestione degli impianti di illuminazione. Dalla semplice let-tura dei dati, all’impostazione dei parametri di funzionamento, dal rilievo degli impianti, all’a-nalisi dei dati: tutte le funzioni lavorano in sinergia, per offrire un servizio completo, preciso e veloce. Con la nuova interfaccia grafica WEB viene introdotta la possibilità di controllare il singolo punto luce o inviare comandi broadcast a gruppi di apparecchi direttamente da smartphone o tablet.

Maestro is the software for the remote management of lighting systems, from the sim-ple reading of the data, to the setting of the operating parameters, from the survey of the systems, to the analysis of the data: all the functions work in synergy, to offer a complete, precise and fast service. The new WEB graphic interface introduces the possibility of con-trolling the single light point or sending broadcast commands to groups of devices directly from a smartphone or tablet using the APP.

Il progetto ha visto l’attivazione di 5 sensori LTM per l’illuminazione adattiva, di tipo FAI, che misurando traffico, luminanza e condizioni meteo debilitanti, effettuano la regolazione in real-time, sugli 800 punti luce installati. Con questa soluzione oltre a rendere più sicure le strade per i cittadini si raggiunge un ulte-riore 50% di risparmio energetico.

The project saw the activation of 5 LTM Sensors for autominous adaptive lighting, of the FAI type, which, by measuring traffic, luminance and changing weather conditions, carry out the adjustment in real-time, on the lumen output of 800 light points installed.With this solution, in addition to making the roads safer for citizens, an additional 50% energy savings has been achieved.

Il sensore è in grado di misurare: il livello di luminanza della strada monitorata, il flusso del traffico orario e le condizioni meteo debilitanti. Risulta quindi possibile regolare il flusso luminoso in tempo reale ottenendo il massimo risparmio energetico e garantendo un elevato il livello di sicurezza dell’illuminazione pubblica.

The LTM Sensor is able to measure: the luminance level of the monitored road surface, the flow of the hourly traffic and the changing weather conditions. It is therefore possible to adjust the luminous flux in real time obtaining the maximum energy savings and guaran-teeing a high level of public lighting safety.

Il progetto ha visto l’attivazione di 13.000 punti luce LED equipaggiati con il modulo LPR di Reverberi Enetec. Grazie a questi dispositivi è stata creata una rete radio narrowband che, oltre a raccogliere i dati della pubblica illuminazione, può integrare dispositivi IoT (sensori ambientali, PMV, ecc.).

The project saw the activation of 13.000 LED light points equipped with the LPR module of Reverberi Enetec. Thanks to these devices, a narrowband radio network has been created that, in addition to collecting public lighting data, can also integrate IoT devices (environmen-tal sensors, PMV, etc.).

Il modulo LPR è il modulo da installare all’interno (IP00 o IP20) o all’esterno (IP66) dell’appa-recchio di illuminazione e permette la telemisura, telediagnosi e telecontrollo (on/off) del punto luce. I moduli radio dei nodi LPR sono disponibili con frequenze 2.4 GHz oppure 868 MHz LoRa.

The LPR module is the module installed inside the luminaire or (IP00 or IP20) and the (IP66) for externally wiring to the lighting fixture and allows the remote measurement, remote dia-gnosis and remote control (ON/OFF) of the light point.The LPR node radio modules are available with 2.4 GHz or 868 MHz LoRa.

L’intero progetto di Al Shamkha è stato diviso in 4 lotti con l’installazione complessiva di 18.000 punti luce LED equipaggiati con il modulo LPL di Reverberi Enetec, il tutto comanda-to tramite onde convogliate dal modulo LPM. Grazie al Telecontrollo punto-punto l’investimento verrà ripagato in 4-6 anni.

The entire Al Shamkha project was divided into 4 lots with a total installation of 18.000 LED light points equipped with the Reverberi Enetec LPL module, all controlled by power line technology recieved by the LPM module.Thanks to point-to-point remote control, the investment will be repaid in 4-6 years.

Nel corso del 2018 sui quadri della capitale di Malta, La Valletta, sono stati attivati 150 Kit di telecontrollo parametri quadro. Ad oggi viene monitorata la totalità dei consumi della pubbli-ca illuminazione e si conoscono i guasti in tempo reale attraverso il software di telegestione Maestro.

MODULO DIM/DIMmyDIM/DIMmy MODULE

Il modulo DIM è il modulo che registra tutte le misure elettriche del quadro di comando. Consente inoltre di comandare l’accensione e lo spegnimento da remoto dell’impianto gra-zie all’interruttore astronomico integrato. Il modulo DIMmy-WEB dispone di un sistema ope-rativo Linux a bordo e integra una connessione Wi-Fi per il dialogo con l’operatore in campo; permette inoltre la trasmissione dati verso il sistema PELL di Enea.

The DIM module is the module that records all the electrical measurements of the control panel. It also allows the system to be switched on and off remotely thanks to the integrated astronomical clock switch. CASE HISTORY - BRESCIA

Il progetto ha visto l’installazione di 200 regolatori di tensione tutti dotati di telecontrollo parametri quadro e orologio astronomico integrato per avere un controllo totale da remo-to delle installazioni. L’intervento, che si è ripagato in 3 anni, ha consuntivato il 25% di rispar-mio energetico, oltre ad una maggior durata delle lampade.

The project saw the installation of 200 voltage regulators, all equipped with remote con-trol panel parameters and an integrated astronomical clock for complete remote control of all the installations. The intervention, which paid for itself in 3 years, achieved 25% energy savings, in addition to a longer lamp life.

CASE HISTORY - MOSCOW

Il progetto ha visto l’attivazione di 150 regolatori di flusso per la città di Mosca, distribuiti tra impianti di illuminazione pubblica e varie gallerie urbane. Tutte le gallerie inoltre, sono state fornite con le sonde di luminanza debilitante per la gestione dell’illuminazione dei circuiti di rinforzo.

The project saw the activation of 150 flow regulators for the city of Moscow, distributed between public lighting systems and various urban galleries. All the tunnels were supplied with L20 sensor to control the lighting of threshold area.

Il sensore effettua tutte le misurazioni necessarie per la determinazione della luminanza de-bilitante secondo i requisiti tecnici richiesti dalla norma UNI 11095; invia e riceve successiva-mente comandi dal modulo SDLx per la regolazione dei circuiti di rinforzo.
